I live in America. America does not fund terrorism - we sometimes fund freedom fighters with questionable futures, and we go to war for imperialistic reasons, but both of those things are recognized by the world's political system and are always not without oversight.

The banks in america laundered money for terrorist groups (9 Billion dollars) and the american government did nothing about it.
Therefor the american government helps and supports terrorism.
