It's not just rape, most crimes are committed by black people. Their nature is just more violent. It's as simple as that. It can't be helped. Well it could be, but I'd be called a racist then. :/

@ bolded: No.
The issue is FAR more complex than the "in their nature" fallacy. Given equal access to resources, education, and a nurturing environment, ANY child will, statistically, be more likely excel, regardless of race.
Given equal exposure to limited resources, negative role models, and an abusive environment, potentially including an abusive home environment, ANY child will, statistically, be more likely to turn out f?!ked up, and stray from the straight and narrow.
The lie of "upward mobility" has been proven time and again; that's part of what the whole "Occupy" movement is about. The overwhelming majority of people don't rise above the socio-economic class they were born into.
If we take this into consideration, is it any wonder that, below a certain income level, people are set up for failure right from the start, regardless of race?
It's funny; some people look at charts like the ones you posted, and come to the conclusion, "it's in their nature."
I look at charts like that, and I see institutionalized racism, like the Bureau of Indian Affairs, initially started by Benjamin Franklin, with the express purpose of "breeding out" Native Americans. Look up "Blood Quantum."
