A fantastic conclusion to Wire's trifecta of Harvest releases (Pink Flag, Chairs Missing, 154) in the late 70's. Any fan of punk music or music in general, for that matter, should definitely explore this groundbreaking and highly influential group of musicians who were initially art students in Britain.
