Nazi-influenced Industrial bands are no more central to the genre than bands like Skrewdriver and Blue-Eyed Devil are to the overall Punk scene. That is to say: not at all. They're the back-asswards distant relatives that we're embarrassed to admit being related to.

I mean, (to name one of many,) you have bands like Laibach:

who appropriate Fascist / Nazi imagery, but it's parody. It's satire. It's irony, in that many of these bands are decidedly ANTI-Fascist / Anti-Nazi.
