i just got a notice from my recruiter about 15 minutes ago that Virgina has some open spots. Richmond isnt a far drive, and sick shows there.


as much as i want to be in SD, Cali the east coast has so much shows. its a tuffy.

im going in as a buddy system lol.

SD won't have as many shows as the East coast but LA will have more but its a 2 hour drive from you so its give and take

there are like 15 venues in a 5 block radius in Hollywood there's always 2-3 shows going in metal/hardcore

yes but west coast shit is weak besides Terror.


im still sure they will stick me in SD, which im not going to complain about. the east coast is just so small so driving is awesome. i use to 4-6 hour drives to see shows, that covers so much on the easy coast its ridiculous. but its whatever, im not joining the navy to put me in a better position for concerts.... but that is a big plus since hardcore is basically my anti-drug.

idk all hardcore sounds the same to me none of it is very original but you have to remember that you would be in LA people go on tour just to make it to LA so there's always shows

but CA does have a little more influence on metal than your guy's areas it sounds like we do California Metalfest and shit which is always huge
