One King Down rules! I'll be jamming Bloodlust Revenge tonight

I suppose you know the band from whose ruins Most Precious Blood started from? Indecision, imo one of the best metalcore/hardcore bands ever

lol. One King Down is from my home town, not to mention im friends with his cousin Matt. Too bad I was too young to see them in their prime.

I'm atm watching a live video of that particular song. Gives me chills.

I'm pretty glad that hardcore has started to raise it's head here in Finland just now during the last few years, because I've gotten to see pretty much all of the good bands from the beginning of their careers

The secret is that Shook Ones (among the only few good pop punk bands) live up to the "punk" in pop punk, unlike the rest of the bands who claim to play pop punk

When I hear the term "pop punk" I think that the band playing should be half pop/half punk. Not 90% pop with some punk beats here and there. Music like A Day To Remember is run-of-the-mill pop with some breakdowns and heavy vocals. Nothing really hardcore or punk about it except that.

quoted for truth, I agree with you 100%.

Fuck all the bands who try to be edgy or whatever by saying they're punk

The song you posted was definitely the best one from the album but the rest aren't bad either. It's really starting to grow on me
