they suck ass as a band but I can forgo that because they are a hardcore band and I don't listen to hardcore for the musical talent but the lyrics are fucking terrible as well

yeah there are a lot of lyrics that are questionable in hardcore and if you're not down for posicore Have Hearts gonna seem gay but I like their sound a lot.

ya that's why I've always been a much bigger fan of punk than hardcore

hardcore has just never really done anything for me the lyrics are far worse than punk generally speaking and the energy + musicianship can't even begin to touch genres like death metal so hardcore always been just kinda meh

don't get me wrong there are a few bands that I like but hardcore as a hole is overrun by shitty bands, stupid fans, and terrible cliches
