I am unaware if Regan read it or not, so I cant judge. But I had to read Marx a while back for an assignment, and I understood it very well. That quote more or less summarizes anyone who reads Marx's work and has any kind of common sense to see 90%+ of it is complete bullshit and laughable.

actually im kind of chubby and i have some pretty crazy hair that looks the opposite of a scene kids. I listen to hardcore cause I like it, respect is a given, because if someone disrespects me than I disrespect them. Thats how it works, but where I'm from. Mutual respect is how we do things, I can see your town is different.
