you will love this.

feels so good to hear something similar to Neige's older works in Alcest/Amesoeurs/Lantlos. I pritty much flipped out yesterday when I heard the new Alcest album it was so bad.

even wrote a rant about it which I never do: http://fuckyeahhipsterblackmetal.tumblr.com/post/73306723651/no-i-havent-listened-to-the-record-yet-you-will

amesoeurs is probably my favorite of his projects right now, and the self-titled release was definitely nothing to scoff at, but the way le secret and souvenirs made me feel COMPLETELY changed the way i identified with music

alright so i've just listened to shelter, and i think your roommate was being WAY too hard on the album. it's nothing remarkable, but i certainly like it more than les voyages.

it's nothing innovative, and it doesn't have quite the same dynamic as souvenirs, but it's still a nice album to listen to.

listening to the latest altar of plagues

the production quality is sort of bothersome for me between mills and god alone, but i'm excited to hear the album finally

whats your qualm with the production?
