That's a tough call. I'd suggest Sing Loud, Sing Proud.

It's good middle ground, kinda. Lots of fight songs, a few traditionals... still has the hardcore / Oi! sound to it.

Do or Die is also a great place to start. It's their only album with Mike McColgan on vocals. Simple punk, but still incredible.

But it's all really good, in my opinion. Every album has something that's just absolutely fucking astounding.
