Doesn't look very positive and upbeat, I love straight edge music even though I will have a couple drinks in my life(I will in the future), but I also love normal hardcore, and I can tell you, neither are about being positive and anti-violence.

in fact almost none of the Boston hardcore scene gets any love out here and very few straight edge or "positive" hardcore (whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean) does

I personally hate have heart they are like a pop punk band but as you know I hate 99% of current hardcore so that's not a surprise

I like you, I have never heard of this Posicore shit until now, and I know the dropkicks wouldn't either(the dropkicks got a shout out in the back of one of their CDs to my mom and dad!).

Someone once spoke to me about Have Heart saying something along the lines of "Have Heart is a band you take your girlfriend to. They're not much as far as hardcore goes, but they're good to see."

I know the reason behind not doing drugs is positive, But they were about violence too, they had violent shows, they wanted violent shows. Have heart talks about gay shit and doesn't support violence.
