You might notice the guests viewing. I linked this thread to a music elitist group I'm a part of and we're currently shaking our heads that you found Drinking Songs to be garbage since we agree that it's pretty good. At the moment we're listening to "The Velvet Underground & Nico" by The Velvet Underground in our chat server, which we think is one of the best rock albums ever. I would have recommended it to you instead of Drinking Songs, but you didn't list rock as one of the genres you were looking for.

That doesn't address the question though. You said that reviews don't mean anything, but in the same sentence recommended me a website for reviews. If reviews don't mean anything, how can some reviews be better than others?

because the sites you mentioned are most likely frequented by unintelligent users than metal-archives, which sort of widens the gap for bad reviews. Like what sort of elitist metaler goes on sputnik review site or wtv, just to write a metal review, when it could clearly be written on metal-archives. You can try to appear intelligent all you want, doesn't change the fact that you're definitely not, I can tell (by the album you posted). You think you're so sophisticated with your replies, yet fail to address the main topic of this thread, which is elitist music. Now listen to what that guy posted, Kalmah, that's an excellent melodic death metal band, far better than your crappy album which you seem to value so much. Now please, go away from my thread.

No, I'm not looking for rock thank you for making me more popular, not looking for more degenerate rock or country ambient or wtv it is, that is, insulting your music taste.

I've already listened to most of Kalmah's discography, including the album the song he posted.

How do you measure what music is elitist and what isn't?

And why would someone write a review for Mortiis on metal-archives when Mortiis isn't metal?

you gotta be a good judge of music, the music I've posted usually impresses hot women, yours wouldn't to put it simply.
