I have to do the same thing. Generic iPhone alarm, then puts on some metals while I begin my commute. death metal, black metal, doom/stoner metal. yeap, nothing wakes me up like that shitty sounding iphone alarm....

I feel that way about the top 40 radio station.

just curious.. are you talking about your ipod...... as in, just got to the bus stop.. jammin great cause your already jammin.. or just wake up jammin.. ole right we jammin'?

5:30 aint nothin. i get up at 4:15 m-w and 3:15 th,f. i start work at 4 or 5. luckily, i live 5 minutes away so i dont have to worry about commuting time.

oh, and i first try to wake up to an old phone vibrating under my pillow so i dont wake up my wife. if that fails, theres the buzzer on my alarm clock.
