Anything by Bob Newheart is Comedy Genius
Bill Bailey - Part Troll
Louis CK - Hilarious / Live @ Carnegie Hall (latest one) absolutely brilliant.

I'll look into these and get back to you.

Any George Carlin, especially older.

I personally think George Carlin is overrated. I listened to one of his specials and didn't see much humor in it. He's far too much of a mean-spirited, didactic asshole. Maybe I just heard the wrong special but I can name a ton of other comedians who I like much more.

It's also worth noting that I agree with most of his anti-theistic shit I just don't find him very funny.

One of my favorites. "Mitch Altogether" is one of my most listened to comedy albums.

For me, Carlin and Hicks have similarities - I never found either one "hilarious" as such, but I agree with everything being said (mostly) and I think thats why I'm such a fan. Carlin's well dictated and articulated arguements against religion, or war, or govornment are just brilliant.

Louis CK is great - he's a family man with a wife and kids, but he uses them as the base for his humour - so funny xD
Bob Newheart i would expect you to like - he's a storyteller from the 50's and 60s, but his stuff is so tongue in cheek it's brilliant.
