More than 800 here, classical/jazz/blues/french singer/indian music, kinda all genres.

Nice, what French singers would you recommend? I only have a Gilbert Becaud album but I like Gainsbourg's stuff just haven't came across anything priced well.

I just started cataloging my collection here, still have probably 200-300 left to go through.

What about setups? What do you guys use? Wish you had...

I have a vintage setup with a Marantz 2230 Receiver and a Sansui Sr-225 Turntable, currently using some lame bookshelf Bose speakers been using them since I was in a small dorm, moved out now so I am looking to upgrade soon.

My father has an incredible collection of about 700 albums and singles collected since the late 60s. Some of them are worth 50p, some are worth £500, and my own personal collection is Iron Maiden albums/singles signed by Nicko McBrain when I met him ;) Also have an Xmas card signed by not only Iron Maiden but the entire world tour crew from I believe the 1992 world tour (maybe earlier).

The prized signed item is my Iron Maiden - Edward The Great LTD Picture Discs. Never played, never scratched.

I buy records but I only buy them really cheap. I don't have a record player set up in my room, yet, so I may be buying more when I get a setup going. I have about 150 right now.

ive sold off most my records...but i still have ~200 reggae/dub 45s back home. prolly some singles and a couple LPs too...i only really kept my 45s. it's fun to a set once in a while...but i sold my decks too, so it's only when i play out and the tunes will fit the vibe that i get to play any of them. mostly, they collect dust.
