Sonny Moore is a good kid, very nice polite and imo very talented. (although I think his new album is just like the last, imo) ... Now im not the biggest fan of all his stuff, or much electro dubstep but he sells out every venue he plays, and just has alot of haters because of it and his popularity.
If the kid didnt sell millions of records no one would be hatin...... but not only sold alot of albums, he made a big change in the edm community some good some bad. Personally I hate any artist thats super popular... thats just me!
But it does kinda sadden me the kind of attention he gets from all the little 15 year old girls N boys, and kinda gets them into a scene that they shouldnt be in... and since they bought the new skrillex album, they think they know something about the edm scene thats been around before they were even born.......

Skrillex has never produced an album.
People don't hate him because he's popular.
It's stupid to hate a musician because they're popular.
The EDM scene hasn't been changed by Skrillex...1) the edm scene has always been full of 15 year olds. 2) technology has obviously made the most drastic changes in the scene.
The problem with Skrillex is that he is a 1 trick pony whose 1 trick is the equivalent of a dog shitting in your ear and he has become the face of a music scene that has a very passionate following. The same thing happened with Rusko and Borgore and Doctor P. There was an entire forum dedicated to making fun of SHITTY DUBSTEP while Skrillex was still in a fkn emo band.
