Man, this is pretty hard. There's a lot of stuff I'd like to post that's a bit more on the garage side of psychedelia, like The Churchills.
And then there are some songs that are more on the traditional side of folk, like this one or songs by the Incredible String Band.

Also, listening to it again, that song you posted is really good. Reminds me of some of France Gall's later stuff ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPQdFWcZjk4 - 1975). There's also another artist I know that sounds pretty much exactly like that but I can't for the life of me remember what's her name. Oh well, I'll come back later.
