Gojira are excellent - Start with Flying Whales & From The Sky (songs) and carry on from there.

DevilDriver, ofcourse a superb band aswell.

Lamb of God and DevilDriver are kinda ahead of the game when it comes to that type of metal, but use last.fm or pandora to suggest others.

There is NO reason to have any problem whatsoever with Lamb Of God - they are flying the flag for heavy metal, and have dominated since Sacrement. What reason could you possibly have for not liking them? You have no valid reason, or certainly have not posted one, and to compare them to filth is just retarded. Not like they are anything like CoF

I don't like Lamb of god, at all, but you might try Susperia - The Urge. It is with yelled non-growl vocals, but at least it's Black/Thrash. and not Pop-death

Btw, for those who love Lamb of God, check out Randy's other band, Halo of Locusts. Not the quite the same style, but Randy is singing still.



Gonna listen to your suggestions, the few songs I heard of DevilDriver sucked rather badly...I recall one being awesome too, though.

I just heard Gojira - Flying Whales, Randy's vocals are just so much better...



I don't like Susperia, they're not heavy enough... I've actually seen their bassist at several occasions.

Some songs are pretty alike, I gotta agree to that. Walk With Me In Hell and Hit The Wall share some similarities.
