it's funny because you guys will never listen to many of your songs, or you will only listen once to a large % of them

it's funny how you draw conclusions so easily.

I have around 100 gigs of music and it is primarily in the standard, low-quality, format (with less than 1% being large formats).

From what I've heard you can get tons of black metal. Probably one of the more expansive genres I know of.

Too bad there's more bad bands than good ones.

is that a compliment? not too sure. drawing conclusions easily would indicate intelligence so my guess is yes.

and here's how i reached that conclusion if you want some of my protips

take you for example, you said you had 80 days of music. assuming one was listening to music 16 hours a day that's like 53 days. no one has time for that ofc so 8 hrs/day would be 106 days, 4 hrs/day would be 212 days. i think even 4 hrs a day (averaged) would be a pretty liberal estimate. so it would probably take ~ a year to actually listen to all your songs. clearly no one is going to listen to their favorite artists/albums/songs only once per year, so i would have to add in all those repeats, but i dont think that's necessary because by now im sure you are 1 step closer to achieving inferences with the same ease as i.

I have probably around 150gb of music, and have listened to every single song numerous times. Who the fuck downloads music not to listen to it? That's fucking retarded.

So it's entirely impossible to have been listening to music for longer than a year?

You really can. I have a BM nerd friend who's completely obsessed with the shit and has been for a few years, literally has a TB HDD full of black metal, and is currently filling another HDD. However, he's a homosexual and uses FLAC format a lot, so I'm guessing that's a large spacefiller
