Bugging the shit out of me. I know I've heard it too. I'm on a sample website scrolling through all of his songs but this is special in the sense that it was just a random DJ set. I'll get back to you if I have any luck.

Sounds very similar to Aerosmith - dream on, but in a lower octave. However, that chord progression is extremely popular.
