Sounds like it could be also called Melodic J-Pop Metal. That doesn't particularly sound anything to make a new genre name up to Seems like combination and there are loads of genre combinating albums that the makers won't try to define them with new genres.

considering what I listen too as far as music from the west and what I listen to from Japan idk how I did not come up with this first..

well I guess us in the vocaloid community have been driving for something like this for a while... hence all the attention on the metaloids which will be out soon btw

and yes this is "different" for sure.. but I hate all the fucking metal clones in the states right now, I live like 20 mins from the olympia bar scene so as far as metal goes I have pretty much seen it all

whatever is happening to music in Japan right now... its a million times better then what is happening to music in the states.
