hello my fellow jspeers I'm looking for a movie to watch with my girlfriend on the 14th etc etc
but as I'm too picky with plot and etc I just dont like romantic movies... too simplistic, predictable plots and dialogues so corny and well.. I just dont like it lol
honestly, she kind of likes the genre, but I've seen her more pleased with comedies and / or dramas. she enjoys a good laughter just like me, BUT...
BUT... since I didn't watch many romantic films during my life, maybe is just a misconception... maybe there are a couple of movies with good good plots and are really worth watching them (?)
a friend recommended me "hearbrakers", a French movie that is more a comedy than a romantic movie, so not a truly "romantic comedy"
that's about all the options I have at the moment lmao... I have a list with more than 20 movies I want to watch with her, but none are romantic lol they are all thrillers, science fiction, suspense/dramas, and things of the sort xD
I watched with her "me before you" and I just didn't like it (she did. But I insist, I showed her "the naked gun" and she loved it)
so... do you have a movie in mind? I doesn't necessarily have to be a romantic film, just a nice story maybe comedy or drama with a happy ending.
I don't care whether is new or old, if it's English or Rumanian, if it's in netflix or amazon, if the actors are well known or not, you get the drill
