try utorrent. It supports priority settings, meaning if you want one file out of a huge torrent of them, you only have to download the one file. I get all my torrents through it.

azureus is in my opinion one of the best torrent programms.

I previously used Azureus, but after a friend of mine showed me that Utorrent is atleast as good, and that it also uses alot less resources, I just had to change. Utorrent is king!
