This free test is based on Carl Jung’s and Isabel Briggs Myers’ typological approach to personality. Pretty damned accurate for me:

I've taken a couple of MBTI tests. I usually score as either ENFJ, or ESTJ. Usually score pretty evenly between "sensing/intuitive" and "feeling/thinking."
