Very boring, bland its not in English and that's half of jsp right there, seems to be something with money is what I got out of it but I definitely did not see anything appealing.

imo, change the background so its just one colour or one gradient without lines. im not a fan of the lines.

what i would recomend doing is put the sentences apart from the pictures through the use of tables (tr/td) tags. would make the words all fit together nicely and look more professional. I would also into some java scripting and possibly change the menu to some sort of drop down menu. Also it might not hurt to put a site tracker on there to see how many people have viewed your site. another thing you could add is a contact link or button and use the mailto tag.
