After many failed attempts, I simply cannot extract the vocals from a song to a satisfactory level to remix with.

I am very new to this, and dont know much about the techniques used, all i've tried is EQ levels, compressors, high/low passes and the likes.

If you feel you could do a better job, I would love to hear from you,
