of what it means to jailbreak and ipod touch and what i need to get cydia?

Im not sure I understand.. I can only assume jail(breaking) is breaking out of jail and running for it.

Jailbreaking ur iPod u are able to hack into the CSI, FBI, and the UN. So I highly suggest you do not jailbreak the ipod due to the fact that you don't know shit about shit.
