He has amazing technology... Webs would do nothing.

Yea, I agree. Spiderman looks cool and powerful compared to regular people, but compared to Batman he looks like a weakling.

I would say Batman because he's smarter and would figure out superman's weakness and kick his butt.

I like Batman pretty much over all other super heroes because he uses what's been given to him to the best of his abilities. (Smarts, Money, Technology, etc,.)

EDIT: oh whoops, thought it was superman...lol....well....I still think Batman would win! even though spiderman is pretty smart himself.

Spiderman has a web and senses while Batman has the capacity for the most advanced technologies in the world.

Technology > Super-Powers.
