Visually I find the IPod's look to be more aesthetically pleasing, and it's software is much better. Also, while the IPod has the convenient turn-wheel, to scroll down on the Zune you have to press some button.

zune,
iv had 7x ipods, 1xzune

wireless sync
itunes sucks compared to zunes program
btw Zunes program u can pay 15$ a month and download millions of songs, or u can mak ur own collection
zune has a bigger and brighter screen
ipods tend to lagg up when alot of songs are loaded

ZUNE > IPOD
