I didn't like A-13 or the Cooler movies; Broly was just ok for me, I enjoyed the first DBZ ovas more (Garlick, Slug, Tree of Might, that one where a mad scientist's brain wants to take over the world's strongest warrior, etc), the one with the dude that plays the Ocarina (Tapion I think he was called?), was ok too. Have you seen the unofficial movie they release last year about Bardok? That was pretty good imo.
I really liked the tv specials about Trunk's future and the destruction of Plantet Vegeta, but those are tv specials rather than OVAs, so they don't count.
And yes, I'm aware the US dub is bad, it's just that I saw way too many different battles in the trailer, which means it's probabaly going to be rushed and have a weak story once again, unless they make it specially long. Honestly, if they had made most of the other moves an hour longer they could have been much better.
Yea i forgot about the Trunk's TV special. Was good too. But you said they made a movie about Bardock last year? I'll have to check that out.
You have a point about the movie being rushed. I hate that when all the chips are down on most of these movies. All it takes is one punch to defeat the main villain lol. Hopefully they do make this one long and maybe even with a part 2 or trilogy. Would make it very epic.
