Obvious choice is obvious.

Pausing time itself would enable you (in theory, if all else but yourself were "paused") to:
1. Never die
2. Never be seen
3. Attack anything
4. See anything (within time itself)
5. etc...

Hmm Yes you die... Because you don't pause the time you go so fast that It look like the world don't move... So you get older...faster so you will die.
