in the cartoon though, they were tied as they actually legitemately raced, but they never finished the race around the world a bunch of times
they were just side by side the whole way

and even though the flash could turn back time if he does do that...
one episode: superman turns back time by flying around the world in the opposite direction of how the world spins in order to go back time and save louis lane or something like that

just some side notes, but who really cares about speed, if you ask me i rather have superman as a hero saving my ass then some little bitch that runs fast
