I agree about there isn't really true black metal bands
but i'll start with what I listen too (NO SPECIAL ORDER)
Nargaroth (Seven tears flowing down the river, Black Metal Ist Krieg, Erik May You rape the angels, nice songs, all from same album, only I have yet :/)
Arctarus, some kind of "black metal" not really black, but yeah.. special music, with different musicians over the years (hellhammer, vortex and many more)
Amon Amarth, awesome swedish band
Accept, old nice rock
Old In Flames, songs like Clad in shadows (AWESOME)
Dimmu Borgir, not black, more sell-out but I do love the music
Cradle of Filth (I like some old songs, Cruelty brought the orchids, the black goddess rises etc)
Mayhem, listen to De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, true black metal.
Burzum, det var en gang, filisofem, awesome albums
Dissection, Jon Nödtveidt one of the best metal musicians ever, RIP.
old Satyricon, Nemesis Diva is a awesome albums
