It depends on where the race is to.
If the race is to a place where no man can walk because of like.. molten lava or something... then superman would win because he can fly.
If it is just a race down the street, the flash would win easily.

ok, this makes the true nerd in me come out, back in the day superman and flash had to race across the world by foot to keep it even, flash won barely
the villian that set this up was that mr mzjlkajsd or whatever his name was.

Angelina Jolie would win

He would race, and "lose", but turn back time, and kill the flash so he never really lost.
