Rambo is better, but I watched bourne ultimatem(the 3rd one) and its really good. Depends what you like really, Rambo 4 coming out real soon. Stalone coming back and making good sequils(look at rocky Balboa).

despite the shaky-cam tricks that would have u believe otherwise, matt damon is not a badass, his stunt double is. The guy sux so hard he has retrograde amnesia trying to forget himself. he doesnt know whether hes comin or going. This fight only lasts 10 seconds and thats if there is a pen around to stab rambo in the hand, or if matt can run that fast.
