How can a character be overrated when he was created to be one of the most powerful villains in comics
galactus wasnt born from a villain his origin is from an alternate universe that was dying. he escaped by using a craft to fly thru a rift in space and i guess was somehow transformed by cosmic energy into what he is today.your probably thinking the silver surfer who was created by galactus
