I've found that I like adobe for most of my media, adobe is more windows based and adobe purchased macromedia or w/e it was when I was a media major. Macs seem slower and no you can't play many games on them. The only cool thing I ever liked on them was free garage band and user friendly media shit, but user friendly doesn't cut it when it turns into your major in college. just my ranting opinion

Agreed. Even if you play Windows games you can always use Wine to play WoW and whatnot

That's only emulating the windows OS... it's actually less efficient. Not to mention Mac laptops don't come with good graphics cards (and they come with something called a heating issue... due to Mac making their laptops thinner than they actually should be).
