If any of you on here can play the solo decently from Afterlife by Avenged or the solo from...I Won't See You Tonight Part 2, I will believe everything your saying, change my sig so they all have penises going into their mouth, and never come on jsp again if that's what you want.

Are you fucking serious?

Carcass ALONE is better then the majority of those bands.
I'm a huge fan of Lamb of God and All The Remains but you
have to understand that Deathcore/Metalcore is NOT metal.
Metalcore/Deathcore is a genre where it combines several other
genres to make a new one. I'm not going to say all Metalcore bands
are shit cause I happen to be a huge fan of several of the bands.
In retrospective you wouldn't have bands like A7X without bands like Sabbath
and Metallica or Maiden and fuck, even bands like Carcass influenced the metal
scene that we have today. Metal goes far beyond and better then shit like A7X, kid,
wake up and see that shit.

From what I've read it's elements of hardcore punk and metal.
