Well I'm gonna have to agree with a great majority of the people who posted and say that D2 wins because this is a Diablo forum. Personally I prefer WoW for the gameplay and graphics, but D2 is free so yea.
Though I bet most of the people who voted D2 and posted on how WoW sucks probably never even played it or gave it a real chance...
I know because I used to do that too - until I played it.
I gave WoW a chance for 2 years, thing is about WoW that doesn't make it for everyone is that WoW really REALLY requires you to have no life(or close to it.) to accomplish anything in a reasonable amount of time, and I'm serious when i say that, sure you can have a full-time job and have a life while playing WoW, but i can promise it'll be difficult and full of frustration that may or may not cause your own personal mid-life crisis.
Diablo is just quick and painless fun, it's easy to get decent gear (realistically, if you know how to progress properly and you know how to trade, it's very easy.)
