WoW > D2 in EVERY way possible. People say WoW is shit because they are either too poor to afford it or never gave it a chance (playing 20 minutes is not giving any game a chance).

I picked Diablo II because I've never played World of Warcraft.

d2 is hostile players and wow u can trust people to de things if u give them to them or to make stuff with ur mats that sells the game to me

I chose d2 but I think WoW there are a lot more options you can do in the game besides just mfing in d2. but wow can also get boring cause all you do is quest until 70 which is a pain if you wanna start another character

d2 > wow but i like the idea of tull tech support on wow

I'd be lying through my teeth if i said i remotely found WoW to be anywhere near the scale of entertainment it once was; after years and years of playing the living b-jesus out of the darn thing, it just becomes old no matter how much new content is added.

So in all fairness due to Diablo being Blizzards series that is close to renewal with an actual sequel, Diablo definitely takes the gold.
