For the fighting carnage owns both of them. if you read the comic he is vastly more powerful than spider man or venom because the symbiote was born on earth ( even with cassidy being weak carnage if stronger.

Spidermans agility and speed has to be pretty cool though. he fought the herald of galactus to a standstill for hours in one comic ( forget the specific heralds name. he was the flame one ). The herald couldnt even lay a hand on spiderman but it took spiderman ages to wear hm down.
