If Superman wanted to kill Batman he could do it any time he wants
He can literally fly at him so fast that Batman is already dead before he can do anything



Winning a 1v1 isn't about who wins at full strength.
If you're not consistently at full strength your opponent has the option to simply fight you at your weakest.

Iron Man is pathetic because he doesn't live in his suit. Once the suit is off you just kill him.
When he has it on you simply don't fight him.

And of course you could have the ability to find anybody you want whenever you want. Then you could guarantee a fight when you're at your strongest and they aren't.

Comics just throw out silly scenarios and don't actually properly measure a 1v1.

Basing it from one or two scenes in a comic means nothing it's that particular writers story whatever he thinks sounds good you have to base it on ability
I'm sure I remember a comic with wolverine in the future chained down with multiple gatling guns firing at him 24/7 because he literally can't die he still wouldn't win
