Pausing of Time would probably best for people who Procrastinate too often

be realistic about this

if you were seen using telekinesis you would be kidnapped and studied on until you die
immortality can just result in you being buried alive or in a permanent vegetable state
healing someone would yet again get you studied on
attacking with the mind is just controlling thoughts or telekinesis...
morphing into animals can get you studied on
if someone saw you pause time and then reappear somewhere else, youd surely get yourself studied on

the only ones that i can see being a real good use...

I think Morphing into Animals is way under rated...IMAGINE TURNING INTO A BIRD...THEN A SHARK!!! IT WOULD BE SO BOSS, and you could cover all grounds...
