I'm gonna have to go with can, though glass bottles are also pretty good.
Plastic bottles get warm and flat too fast. Fountain soda gets watered down from the ice.

glass bottle > fountain (can get 64oz for not much more than the cost of a can) > can > plastic bottle

its hard to beat IBC cream soda in a glass bottle, or Sundrop in a bottle.
