Ill be honest with you, I have no idea at all what those items are.

the locked boxes dont spawn anymore, contain mounts
the popo box contains a rare extra storage pet that follows you
the alk is how you upgrade weapons
the master enig's are used to reroll the stats on said weapon
the spellbind is how you modify the type of stat (i think its been a while
and the cosmetics are for char appierance (worn over your gear)
i also have a ton of potions, and glyphs that i will just dump on ya also
