You on the account would take literally forever and I'd never waste my time doing it.
Me on the account just playing wouldn't take too long, but it would cost a lot.
Usually it's just not worth it, it's so expensive because players can just generate gold farming lucrative areas just as easily.
Another problem is you could just buy a 60 scroll and do the questing yourself, opposed to paying someone 3-4x the cost of that.
Most in game powerleveling I've seen is like, 10k gold for 1-20, then 3k gold every level after until 60, then 10k gold every level after that. A 60 scroll costs like 50-60k gold.
