Is this game worth getting into at this point of its life?

I'd say it is. new content just came out for pve and pvp, increased level cap which means more skills.
The player base is decent, a lot of elitist though.

this is probably the best point in game to start if you aren't a veteran player. Finding a party after you reach lvl 65 with Idoneal (free set item you get after you hit lvl 65) isn't that difficult and gearing up isn't as difficult as when first phase of FOA came out.

And future patches (I mainly play on KTera) gets better
