Any helpful pointers on who, what, where to start? i like higher population servers so i can have people to play with... thats about it. anything else i should be aware of?

Actually, you had to buy the game before they made it Free to play.
They did make it F2P quite early, but I pre-ordered it and you had to purchase it if you wanted to play when it got released.

True it they did make you buy the game for a while but that didn't last long. [I also purchased it and am a founder]

Im on the American servers right now. im on this mount tyrannas server. idunno. i picked a lancer to play. figured someone who could take hits shouldnt be too hard to play what would be an easy way to make money in this game so i can acually afford some of these things i see?

just started playing a few days ago as a priest elin character! i really like it. i thought it was by rumor too grindy, but i enjoy it. and the graphics on max are so pretty.
