I play on mount tyranus and i started a mystic, anyone have any tips for healing in dungeons? Especially the use of lock on skills i find a little difficult sometimes, too used to playing wow lol

should i use them? or should i sell them?

You should sell them. Nothing inside them will really help you until you get to level 60, and the money you earn(300g ish each) will help a lot more.
