Any help trying to fix this?
Certain sections like submitting a ticket wont connect for me.
Also the log in system is down.

it seems their site and server are down...wow i thought it would be up by now...after 12hrs...

im still unable to connect...

Download the program Spotflux. This is a VPN client that masks your IP. For the lazy, download link here http://download.cnet.com/Spotflux/3000-2092_4-75762054.html
Install Spotflux
Open Spotflux. On the top left corner, click the little tool icon (Settings)
Click on the Filters tab, and click "VPN-only mode"
Click the OK button
Open your TERA Launcher

i sent them an email and deleted my internet history one or both of these things i did sorted it out

didnt fix.
